Welcome to Elevated Naturals, operated by Elevated Group LLC ("Elevated Naturals," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getelevatednaturals.com (the "Site") and any products purchased through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from this Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. Products
Elevated Naturals sells hemp-derived wellness products, including topical products (relief sticks, lotions, and peptide recovery lotions) and ingestible products (CBD, CBG, CBC, and hemp-derived Delta-9 THC gummies, and other hemp-derived gummies and capsules as we introduce them). Our topical products contain hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD) with no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, consistent with the 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act (Farm Bill). Some ingestible products may contain hemp-derived Delta-9 THC in amounts compliant with applicable federal and state hemp law, which may differ from the topical formulation described above; exact cannabinoid content and lab results for each ingestible product are disclosed on that product's page and Certificate of Analysis (COA) before purchase. Product formulations, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and statements about our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to verify age or shipping eligibility.
