1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to any state, territory, or jurisdiction where the sale, purchase, or possession of hemp-derived CBD or hemp-derived THC products is restricted or prohibited by law. Because some ingestible products (such as hemp-derived Delta-9 THC gummies) are regulated more strictly than CBD-only topicals in certain states, these products may have a narrower list of eligible shipping states than our topical products; any such restrictions will be listed on the product page before checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that receiving hemp-derived products is legal in their state or locality before placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be legally fulfilled to the destination provided.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
3. Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are provided at checkout; they are estimates only and not guaranteed.
4. Age Verification
Because our products require customers to be 21 years of age or older, an adult signature or age verification may be required upon delivery, depending on the carrier and destination.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after it's issued.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other events outside our control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact info@elevatedventures.net and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a resolution.
7. Discreet Packaging
Orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external reference to CBD, hemp, or THC products.
