We want you to be happy with your Elevated Naturals order. Because our products are topical and ingestible health and wellness items, our return policy balances customer satisfaction with hygiene and safety standards.
1. Unopened, Unused Products
You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable). Contact info@elevatedventures.net with your order number to start a return.
2. Opened or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used topical products unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Ingestible products (gummies, capsules, and similar consumable items) are non-returnable and non-refundable once the outer packaging seal has been opened, with no exceptions made for "unused" contents, consistent with standard safety practices for consumable products. Unopened, sealed ingestible products remain eligible for return under Section 1 above.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@elevatedventures.net with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you.
4. How to Start a Return
Email info@elevatedventures.net with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
