Hemp Compliance
All Elevated Naturals products are derived from hemp and are formulated to comply with the 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act (Farm Bill) and applicable state law. Our topical products contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on a dry-weight basis. Our hemp-derived Delta-9 THC gummies are formulated using federally compliant hemp-derived Delta-9 THC under the Farm Bill's hemp thresholds, which may result in a higher amount of THC per serving than our topical products; exact cannabinoid content for each ingestible product is disclosed on its product page and Certificate of Analysis (COA).

Ingestible Products
Elevated Naturals ingestible products (including CBD, CBG, CBC, and hemp-derived Delta-9 THC gummies, and any future capsules) are intended for adults 21 years of age or older only. Start with a low dose and wait at least two hours before taking more to assess how the product affects you. Do not drive, operate heavy machinery, or perform other activities requiring full alertness after use. Do not combine with alcohol or other substances. These products may resemble candy or supplements in appearance and must be kept out of reach of children and pets at all times. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Specific dosing, ingredients, and cannabinoid content for each ingestible product will be listed on its packaging and product page prior to purchase.

Drug Testing Notice
Our full-spectrum topical products may contain trace amounts of THC and, while formulated to stay within legal limits, could potentially result in a positive result on certain drug tests. Our hemp-derived Delta-9 THC gummies are formulated to contain federally compliant but intentional and appreciable amounts of THC, and use of these products carries a materially higher risk of a positive drug test than our topical products. If you are subject to drug testing of any kind, consult your employer's policy or a physician before using any Elevated Naturals product, and exercise particular caution with THC-containing gummies.

Elevated Naturals does not claim that its products treat, cure, or prevent any specific disease or medical condition, and no statement on this Site should be interpreted as a health or medical claim.
